I guess the US$7.3 billion enterprise value of this acquisition implies that Acadia’s global rights for Daybue are worth the same, meaning Acadia is worth $44.90 per share in a takeout for its Daybue rights, excluding the rest of its pipeline. Acadia is now trading at or about US$28.30. What takeout value can be interpolated for Neuren from this acquisition? Probably too soon to tell prior to impending phase 2 results.
