In Jon's recent chat from "On the Couch" the host put to him that given the amount of money Acadia will provide to NEU via royalties etc that it would have been cheaper for Acadia to have bought them. Jon replied that they could possibly still however he "don't want, or expect them (Acadia) to be the only game in town......with the second drug and 4 indications... its a nuero development disorder business and expect multiple parties to be interested". He said multiple times that they have their eyes "wide open" on corporate activity. The P2 results will determine this path. Strong, robust results i believe will result in a takeover offer. The North American rights to NNZ-2591 are the prized jewel. They know what they have and if multiple parties are interested and someone provides a fantasic offer for shareholders than i think it would be recommended to take the offer. It will all play out over the next 6-12 months IMO.
