And of course it’s quite possible that ACAD have approached NEU looking for a deal.
The new CEO is out to make a “BIG” impact at ACAD. Taking out NEU would be a big deal.
Half in cash and half in Scrip works for me. Because I think the market would love this deal and ACAD would run up hard after a NEU takeover.
They were always our most likely buyer
And of course it’s quite possible that ACAD have approached NEU...
