I would consider a scrip deal although I know it wouldn't be what every holder wants. Those who want to "cash out" can sell their ACAD shares straight away, and those who want to see further upside on NNZ-2591 can hold ACAD shares for a few more years. If such a deal is announced then our price on the ASX will rise to similar levels (maybe 5% off) so those who can't hold US shares can sell on the ASX.
It is one of the main benefits to a TO from a relatively small company. (That NNZ-2591 will actually dramatically impact their bottom line, long term). If we had an offer from BP, it would all come down to offer price and I'd prefer an 100% cash deal in that case.
