Yeh I dunno gassy, I have a live price charting package and watch charts most of the time, most days and the patterns I see repeat over and over, manipulation or otherwise.
My point was more around the fact mick was talking about selling because of the length of time till results and then called gross manipulation a few days later when he saw some selling. Doesn't really make a strong argument for manipulation being the root cause given he was thinking of selling himself, and I imagine he is not Robinson Crusoe in weighing up that choice.
I don't state everything is 'fair and above board' but also think that is probably the wrong way of looking at things. Algos, investors, instos, traders and run-of-the-mill average street punters all drive the price around to varying degrees and that is the market. I don't think 'fair or above board' really come into it, it is just the nature of the market and it's varying participants. There are plenty of reasons to find why our shareprice is here that don't involve a belief in manipulation and unfairness. Timeframe to PMS results and uncertainty about both Daybue results/growth and PMD endpoints are just a few.
And having said that, I believe the price here is still stupidly cheap for what NEU has in terms of current and future potential and risk of execution, provided you can wait a couple of years. The market provides many opportunities for us poor mistreated punters to buy mispriced shares.
