FWIW, any Acadia/NEU deal would have to involve Baker, Blackrock or some other financing group - Acadia cant do it alone.
IMO the deal would involve the creation of a new entity, or Acadia being half (or more) owned by the new entity and NEU absorbed (scrip only I reckon) - with a view to making a bigger and improved company that can take it to the big-BIG end of Pharma town.
Possible, but would need a LOT of things to align in the background. Maybe its occurring, maybe its not.....
