I looked at the Clinical trials site and it seems like very optimistic timelines. There are meant to be administrative and cost advantages to running a trial in Australia but maybe with Daybue available in the States it's getting harder to recruit for a trial there, hence the broader net being cast? We know it's been tough for Acadia to reach patients outside of Centres of Excellence and they have decent penetration in those already so won't be easy to get 200 odd patients for a trial IMO. I think those that had tried Daybue and had a bad experience would be the most eager but I think there are now fewer of those with the real world treatment adjustments being applied. Still it's something I hope Acadia is well aware of and motivates them to get Daybue to as many as possible, quickly.
