they seem to be holding on to it for some strategic reason or else it simply wouldnt make any sense given there's been quite a few sales in recent months. On the other hand, they should be releasing more detailed plans around ROW. Approval for Canada and Europe without further trials should be a given and it's just a matter of time. japan is a different beast which may require an additional trial
