I don't know what makes you think it isn't against Acadia? Seems to be clearly a class action against the company, citing Culper Research as evidence that the company "misled investors." Won't go anywhere though, these class actions are basically automatically generated every time there is news which causes a drop. They try to see if they can get someone to be the plaintiff and whether there's an actual basis for a class action, but that obviously won't happen as the research was complete rubbish. Not worth worrying about
