Management are not going to accept $50 just because a large holder or a few think that’s the valuation or the end because of their portfolio size or their individual goal has been met. Management as they have done will find another buyer for those shares.
In the industry it would be the ultimate failure in my view to sell a drug for $4bn when it could have got $10bn it’s that simple….. management are first class and will be getting absolute top dollar for 2591 which is ground breaking and living upto it’s reputation to be a superior drug to 2566 and indicating to potential crack Autism bigger market than current x4.
When management have the right deal it will be put to top shareholders to consider!
