Notwithstanding the observed rise and fall in Neuren and Acadia values respectively, I would be horribly disappointed if Acadia did take us out.
The only scenario that would appease me is if we were to be offered $100 per share now (which would value us at around $8.5b USD) AND a 1:1 allocation of Acadia shares for Neuren shares held, so we could then also benefit from the significant upside potential of 2591.
This scenario would give quick wins for those that want it and are longer in the tooth (or in this stock) and also provide a mechanism for those who are younger (in both respects) and/or happy to sit for a while longer, to realise appropriate value in 2591 - which I place much closer to $15b USD.
