I don't understand how they can predict peak sales within their first full year guidance figures. We're approved in a single market and that will be the first full year. OD with no other approved treatments have quicker uptake, but most drugs take between 4-7 years to reach peak sales in a single market. Would love to know what their reasoning is for this. I guess we'll just have to wait until ACAD reports, as none of this adds up.
