The only way it would work, in a manner apportioning fair value to Neuren, is to pay circa $8B USD upfront and then give Neuren holders a 1:1 allocation of Acadia shares.
That would satisfy the $50 now crowd and also keep others like myself happy as we get to realise the true value of the pipeline.
