*Acadia has indicated that the average net realised cost of Daybue therapy per payer is $375000 pa.and is based on dosing assumptions-average weight of expected patient population-dosage compliance rates etc.This roughly equates 80% gross to net revenue on full dose.
*Using the above numbers it can be determined that to generate $90M in quarterly revenue the equivalent of approximately 960 patients need to be on full therapy.Similarly $100M revenue requires about 1060 patients.
*The last number of patients quoted to be on Daybue therapy was 862 patients.
These numbers are rubbery but may be useful when looking at next weeks Acadia Earnings Report.
