I don't like this outcome, but the only silver lining here perhaps is that we would still get potential upside as ACAD holders compared to a BP where the impact of NNZ-2591 would be a rounding error. If we got acquired for a 'low ball' offer but we get ACAD shares we still have upside if ACAD re-rates over the years to come. Unlike an all-cash offer from BP what we get is what we walk away with.
I don't like this outcome, but the only silver lining here...
