Must remember clinicians are now titrating patients, allowing holidays to get used to GI side effects to allow a higher percentage to remain on the medication. Most of this happened at end of last year as methods were devised for better tolerability. As patients get used to the medication, dosage increases, as it also does as patients get older. Younger patients seem to tolerate medication better, and thus will be on the medication for longer. Overall it is excellent for the future of daybue and the patients. I have no doubt sales will continue to grow in N.A., let alone adding on ROW!
