Maybe Hottod can help with this, but I remember seeing from the recent Acadia Neurological society presentations that the 2 to 4 year old study found both significantly higher retention rates and also increased efficacy for Daybue? I think this will be the key- earlier children get on the medication, better they tolerate and better the efficacy, leading to much better long term outcomes both financially for acadia/neuren but also for the children.
I think everyone is missing this fundamental point-there will be more children being diagnosed all the time, and with increased genetic testing, more at younger ages.
