Imagine bioimpedance spectroscopy finally getting inclusion into the NCCN guidelines, Shareholders finally seeing momentum in the share price after a very long time. Then this board decides this will be the perfect time to raise capital, let's tear the SP back down again even though we had plenty of cash and raise at the low price of 13c. We also just became the standard of care meaning we automatically receive reimbursement from the private payors from being included into the guidelines.
After watching that conference call video the following day I personally think we need change.
