So BMN was offered 140million....
An offer on ACB at $140 million with 200million shares probably sees an offer around 70 cents...
Then again the two are not comparable...
ACB has lower OPEX of $33 a pound versus BMN $42 a pound
ACB has a lower CAPEX of 170 million versus BMN 550 million... Maybe 10 to 15 cents per share difference...
Capex alone would suggest that ACB is worth more then BMN...
It should be noted though that ACB Capex and Opex will need to be reworked to take in the most recent resource upgrade... So Where really just guessing here...
