It would only be external factors as this has a 7 billion in ground value- this company is also in the top 10 of largest deposits in the world which is actually mineable unlike others ( actually it is either 7th or 8th largest discovery in the world _)ACB is a giant in the making - nothing quite like it and all infastructure in place and a government who supports their mission- INITIAL STAGE DRAFT OF ENVIROMENTAL STUDIES ARE COMPLETED and have been submitted - 6 weeks to 3 months turnaround. Mining in 2014 -thats the target
