Hahhaha.. agree with you, maybe the ACCC's playbook in winning is to drag this case for 10 years and bankrupt RFG through legal fees. Well, we are past the 2 years mark now and nothing basically happens during those 2 years. But if they lose the appeal, I am sure they will pull something out again, why not, they have no issues with funding or anything.
