Don't know whether it's possible for a class action against the ACCC by current shareholders for IT'S unconscionable conduct in delaying the finalisation of these matters to the detriment of the current shareholders and SP. Perhaps there are lawyers out there that can advise on that option.
Also... The Labor Govt has just created the new Federal Integrity Commission... Perhaps that's also an option?
