If the ACCC's case is so strong, why are they afraid of just using 14 stores as sample instead having to look at all stores (47 stores or so)? Why are they so afraid - I would have thought that the justice system should have made it mandatory for parties to be efficient? Even when auditors look at company's financials, they also apply sample. Samples are applied everywhere on everything. Even Customs don't check 100% of packages that come into the country. Even survey don't ask all people. So why the ACCC is so afraid of using 14 stores to determine RFG's liability, which they said is so corrupt and so bad. Why are they so afraid??? That is the key. GLAH.
