In the unfortunate event the ACCC decision goes against UCG, I think in years to come the QLD Gov will be kicking themselves big-time for not allowing UCG at the time. Many many future billions of dollars for QLD lost because they screwed UCG around in it's infancy. We need someone pro-development in QLD Gov - Geoff Wilson appears to balls everything up!
CNX have a working plant, and this commercial scale trial has all approvals and will not be stopped. Through IPL the technology will shortly be in the US, possibly India, dare I say almost everywhere?
