I dont see what all the fuss is about.
Being a croweater (SA lad) it is clear the current labour government is inviting and willing to support new companies into the state. Even just doing some couch potato research on the weekend, there was the new WA mining minister claiming that WA labour government had red taped so many companies they have 7000 applications to just wade through to get back to sqaure one. He claimed many companies had taken up tenemants in SA as it was an easier, more mining sensitive state to work in.

SOooooooo, any smart company will do the same. There are coal seams Australia wide. SA is not the end of the earth people, we grow arms, legs and 3 eyes just like everyone else. lol.

Do business where it is welcomed, not where you have to fight and spend years in court. QLD gov are sometimes too precious about making a decision. This is a no brainer. CNX has great technology and where ever they do business (as LNC) they will be a success.
