Sadly if BHP is ignoring CB's calls, then they certainly aren't taking any from WR. Movement in the short-term on this front will only come from commercial drivers in my view. Waiting for the courts to instigate movement could be a very long wait. BHP has to have the epiphany that aligns its commercial interests with allowing access. The planets are lining up on this front, and the fact that they haven't been able to bully their way through the merger bodes well for all the juniors.
