Choice magazine has just reported on result of consumer survey of NBN providers in Sept 22 issue. ABB rates Best NBN Provider for second year with score of 89%. For comparison TLS gets 84%. On customer satisfaction specifically, ABB gets 88% ( best), TLS 74%(worst). However middle of pack for NBN speed score. Overall very good result for ABB.
