I'm glad we have the ACCC. We have very strong consumer rights in this country thanks to them.
I have TPM shares also, but the ACCC is a must for protecting consumers and providing the best outcomes from a competitive standpoint.
Do I hope the TPG/Vodafone merger proceeds? Of course, I do, because I am biased given I hold shares with them, but that doesn't detract from the good work the ACCC does.
Time to have a level head
