Simms should just let the merger go ahead and the accc should stop wasting tax payers money on legal fees (and tpg's time and legal fees) and what ever value u want to put on the accc's time.
All this bs while the accc lets all telcos continue to complain about the nbn govt monopoly pricing and change in business plan.
