I think, for what my opinion is worth, the ACCC will approve the acquisition with conditions attached to protect existing Suncorp Staff and Customers however they deem fit. In effect, the combined entity should pay the combined dividend of .81c per half (ANZ most recent) and .33c (Suncorp most recent, but not sure what % is from Banking and what % from Insurance and other sources). So, after supporting the Capital Raising for the purpose of Suncorp Bank, I do hope for better dividends and larger Market Cap in the near to medium term. Holding for the Dividends and Growth.
