I doubt there would be any bias in the report just because the ACTU called it. Fels is responsible for the findings, and on past history is a very creditable bloke. If he made overblown claims or errors in judgement he would leave himself open for criticism or worse. His whole career has been built on professionality and unbiased findings.
Someone had to initiate the enquiry, and no way would it have been from conservatives.
Remember the RBA said a couple of months back that inflation was substantially home grown, so this backs this up completely.
