yes RBA knows what they're on about. they have all the data and the intelligence to know what it means, so I rely in the RBA for as much info as I can understand, which isn't much really.
domestic prices, services and rents, largely driven by other inflation and interest rates and the need to stay ahead of the curve, are doing as the RBA described. the external inflationary pressures "filtering through" the economy.
yet I maintain the rage against the Banks as they are not subject to such inflationary pressures and profit from the increased interest rates.
