    By definition of the listing rule, the market is NOT informed until an announcement is made via teh Market Announcement Platform

    You have just used Elon Musk's failed twitter defence with the SEC.

    Problem is, if all the major newsfeeds have picked it up off of ISX (eg Bloomberg, Reuters), then it ALMOST CERTAINLY WAS material

    ASX now has an s674 disclosure problem
