    I would have to agree with you noob.
    ASX have judged this case as immaterial, there is nobody to tell them different.
    As Hotmix has eluded to. If the case is won by ISX and the judgement ends up being material then ASX have a disclosure issue.
    I just don’t know who would police or care.
    If I was an ASX Shareholder and only found out after the fact and SP drops significantly as a result. I would be beyond pissed.
