    I was reading the restructure scheme book last night.
    The scheme will be implemented with 2 non-cash capital returns and 2 non-cash special dividends.
    Under such a scheme, the restructure could spit-out some cash (franking refunds) for low MTR tax-payers such as an SMSF.
    I'll wait for the actual details before looking at topping up my SMSF.
