hi tasboy - i know it doesn't make sense, however the dynamics are somewhat different now (i'm in the industry). dulux at the time of proposed wattyl t/o of taubmans owned berger, british paints, walpamur & god knows a number of smaller paint co's. to be honest i wouldn't touch any paint co's at the moment, down market last few years retail. orica yes, but obv. for explosives not paint. also different mob running accc last time
