In one of my previous posts I said that the ACCC seems to always have an issue with Telstra and what its doing!
Evidence of this is in the latest 1.6b dollar deal between NBN & Telstra to which the ACCC responded negatively.'
ACCC involvement is actually creating a potential disruption to the NBN roll out which once completed would provide an even playing field and improve competition.
I am wondering about the real ACCC agenda, is the ACCC turning into a bully?
After reading the below article I do not see any competitive advantage for Telstra, especially given that NBN is in talks with Optus, it is though very obvious that NBN wants to get on with the roll out with a target date of 2020
