Oh that was the alleged fake discounting issues that they were challenged with - i have a feeling nothing negative will be the outcome, that was all dealt with in the media already when it first came up and all the negative sentiments towards Kogan came and went a while ago . .nah nothing meaningful will be the outcome and if there was anything improper Kogan did at some time in advertising discounted products am certain it won't have been happening again since.. all sorted - and if there is a negative outcome like a fine and slap on the wrist which dents the SP it will be shortlived - Kogan hotly contested and defended the accusations so lets see if he succeeded
