I've managed to do some brief research on the 7 other prosecutions the ACCC has carried out in relation to the VET FEE-HELP.

The ACCC has won cases against AIPE and Empower. They settled out of court with Australian Vocational Learning Centre, Careers Australia and Acquire

The ACCC initially won the case against Unique, but then lost the appeal on what looks to be a technicality. The ACCC put forward 5 individual customers they argued were representative of all Unique's customers. The appeal court found they were guilty with regard to the 6 customers and ordered them to pay a $4.165m fine. However the ACCC lost the appeal that these 6 were representative of the other customers.

The case against Phoenix is still awaiting a judgement - they went into liquidation so not sure there will be one?

What is of concern, is the most recent Judgement, ordered Empower to repay $56m in the VET fees and imposed a $26.5m fine. That was in Sept 2019.
