I think losing the AAT case may be akin to ripping a band aid off for Site, it would force them to close up the Australian operations which may not be a bad thing ultimately.
Do you have any insight into if they were to enter into liquidation for a subsidiary such as Productivity Partners or Captain Cook College, would the parent be liable for the debts? I’ve got a bit of an idea from googling and I realise it’s complex, but is there any general insight you’re able to provide?
