Not too sure about this Cyph. I would said each was it's own legal entity so they wouldn't only be responsible for any debts of a subsidiary unless they had been guaranteed by the parent company. Who knows what guarantees would have been given by the controlling entity, generally we don't get that level of detail in reports.

One thing that doesn't look good is the lack of money raised by the SPP even after extending the date. One wonders how long they can continue without some fresh capital given revenues would have been effected by COVID-19
