Will be interesting to see if they place the shortfall to the soph's which was an option mentioned in the SPP docs. As these shares have been offered to all shareholders, they can now go over the placement annual limit.
I'm fairly sure the parent company will be responsible for any debts from Productivity Partners even though it'd been closed down. Just as they're responsible for TESOL and the other subsidiaries.
