accc won't oppose chinalco's rio bid, page-10

Hi Kacy, not to labour the point, but MM did have a say, it was part of the offer that M and GG "could be sold". No other mine was mentioned. With MM having the last say on the selling price.
What is interesting to me is that someone is buying - over 1.5 bill shares changed hands, yet still no notice of another substantial holder. I still think MM is laughing and "the Chinese" will already have half the co at well under their .825 offer. Can't Asic etc do something useful and query this. M.
