I heard the ACCC is going to investigate the banks not passing on the full interest rate cut. What a joke. The ACCC exists to ensure there is no real competition. Think about it. Where do you buy your groceries? Coles or Woollies. What about Hardware? Bunnings or Bunnings? Mortgage? You have four choices. I'm sure the list of industries where there is either monopoly, duopoly or similar is staggering. The ACCC is there to appease people IMO.
