Well the first point Sierra is that I do not know what price the various directors originally purchased their shares at so we cannot assign a dollar value to their shares based on the sp presently and say that that is all the money they have fronted up with.

Second we do not know what other share investments they have in other companies and how much they have available to invest.

Third point is that they all have an incentive to make the company do well. They have a good number of Options available to them that they can purchase in a year or two at around 3.8 cents. So obviously they would be wanting the company to do well so that they can exercise them and see a good "profit" immediated on their conversion of those Options.
Mark Freeman for instance has 11,000,000 Options as an incentive to him to make the company perform well. That is almost as good as putting his own money up now. A pretty good carrot I would have thought.

Fourthly, Mark Freeman is not defined as the Managing Director. The position is now identified as Executive Director.
From the 2006 AR it indicated that Anthony Kain , as Managing Director, was on a salary package of $250,000 a year plus superannuation and expenses.
I understand that Mark Freeman, as Executive Director, is on less than that. That is how I understand the situation.
That detail may well be contained in the 2008 AR, though it may be a little unclear since Mark started back in April.
