If you are a power producer & your supply is causing instability in the grid, then yes they should have full control....or get ..the solar producers as they are power producers have to meet production requirements.
Solar & wind farm should be under the can control as coal powerstations that they claim they are replacing.
If you have plate capacity of X they you must supply a stable X supply 24/7.....just like coal..
Solution solar farm must have a battery of supplying power for a 48 period at the solar plate capacity..fixed.
Then we are comparing like with like....or is that too expensive & green really isn't cheap??
