Wellllllll, our Greta gets detained!Police in western Germany have carried Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg and other protesters away from the edge of an open coal pit mine where they have demonstrated against the ongoing destruction of a village to make way for the mine's expansion, according to German news agency dpa.
Police have since stated that Ms Thunberg has been released from detention following an identity check.
