    as long as you aren't concerned about when you will actually have power available..

    Run home from work at 12:00 to do your washing, cook dinner ect.......because you will be sitting in the dark eating it.

    We don't need to be trend setter..(as acorn so clearly put it)...only idiots are early adopters..(as per acorn - wait for the prices & tecjh to reduce) & on that point I agree, we (mankind) are a LONG way from delivery.

    We have the solution & if started building Nuclear reactors even 5 years ago, would have a base load capacity far in excess of demand , easily controllable/ scalable, zero Co2, smallest foot print, safest form of power & not Greeny piggy noses in the trough...all at a fraction of what have been squandered on renewables....that will need to be ramped up again as most are nearing end of life even now.
