I think you might be onto something here. Did you study horticulture by any chance - to what level and at what institution?

So you are saying that the increase in CO2 levels will actually benefit the World's vegetation?

I'd be most interested in any chart/research that shows a corresponding correlation in global crop yields - oh, and any such analysis needs to correct for increased yields due to use of fertiliser or genetic engineering, i.e. show the increase in crop yields exclusively due to increases in CO2 concentrations.

Also, is the beneficial effect of increased CO2 levels linear?

This is all a bit off-topic, but I am just interested in your expert knowledge.
