Its already been allow for in their "predictions"...as it is a 'savings'
By the time I put in my own charger that over 2 years of driving by nice ice vehicle (with the airconditioner on, no range anxiety & no opportunity cost siting at a charge point hoping to get enough juice to get me home) ---without taking electricity into account.
What value/cost do you put on your waking hours- sitting at a charge point doing the calculations..hoping to get anoher 150k's down the road?
If you put $0 then you place no value on the limited time you have onthis planet.
We cannot become a slave to the car, it is a tool & currently electics are a backward step for convenience.
Like I said the electric car is so that thoase that purchase 'think' they are saving the planet, but nothing could be further from the truth.
